I had high hopes for this hotel due to its all-inclusive offer, but there were quite a few letdowns. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the pool situation was alarming with a dead mouse found in it. The location had its perks, being next to football pitches, but the noise level was something else. The food was repetitive and not very appealing, which was disappointing for the price we paid.

I'm really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While it was in a fantastic location right by the beach, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. Service from the staff was lacking, and the dining experience was downright awful. I expected much better from what was supposed to be a 4-star all-inclusive hotel.

The room I had was available with two beds and two sofa beds, but it was filthy with a dirty floor. The verandah door didn't even lock properly, which was quite concerning.
